Breakfast was nice. It was clean. Matthew and team were excellent. The hotel is a walking distance to buzz areas, so it is good to rest and catch some quietness.

A wonderful boutique style hotel. The view from the hotel room, from the balcony, was particularly remarkable - the Eiffel Tower could be seen nicely, and watching the play of lights on the Eiffel Tower while enjoying champagne in the evening was like an extra bonus. The style of the hotel is trendy. The room was big enough for us, because when you come to Paris, you don't spend much time in the room. The hotel team was especially polite, sweet and helpful - only smiling faces. Of course, you can't miss the breakfast - it was wonderful, starting with scrambled eggs and bacon, both fresh cherry tomatoes and mozzarella, different cheeses, yogurts, pancakes, pastries, jams and what's the best way to start the day, extremely good coffee, several different flavors. As a bonus, there is a grocery store right next to the hotel. As a particularly positive note, I would like to point out that before arriving in Paris, I checked the recommendations of tattoo parlors from the hotel, and thanks to their recommendation, I got a wonderful eternal souvenir to remember this wonderful trip. Thank you Le 12 Hotel for a wonderful time and we will definitely be back :)

1: staff, lovely friendly, helpful staff. 2: location, you can use public transport but we walked everywhere. Lucky the weather was stunning. Feb/march. We were blessed. Walking distance from all attractions. Wear decent trainers!! 3: Rooms are perfect, compact but exactly what we needed. Beautiful shower room. 4: Back to staff…. Susanna, Ingrid & I’m so sorry but I didn’t get the name of the night manager? Very patient with our lack of French. You made our stay above 4*

Loved the attention to the client. They managed to get in contact and organize a surprise bouquet of roses for my partner. All at a very reasonable price and of great quality! We also managed to get a free upgrade for a room with a little balcony that we enjoyed very much despite the cold winter weather. The possibility to see the Tour Eiffel (just the higher end) from the balcony was a special effect for the coming back to our room routine.
